Common Questions
After you order, please allow 3-5 days for shipping and handling. When ordering from a presale, please allow 7-10 days for shipping and production once the presale ends. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order in the account tab!
Currently, the flat rate cost of shipping is $6.50. However, if your order is more than $99, shipping is free!
Free shipping will be given on all orders $99 or more!
You can not return any clearance items.
No, you can not. Once an item is worn or washed, it is not eligible for return.
As long as the item is not worn or washed, Hawkadelic accepts return or exchanges for 30 days once the item is recieved.
When an item is marked “pre-sale”, this means that the item is not yet produced. When the pre-sale ends, then we will produce the items and ship them to you! Please allow 5-7 days when the pre-sale ends for shipping.
If your order contains a mix of pre-sale and in-stock items, your entire order will not ship out until the pre-sale items are ready to ship.
